Pakistan

The Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) which is also known as Intermediate is a popular exam taken by students at the Higher Secondary school or Intermediate college (Junior college) in Pakistan. When they have completed Matriculation, grades 9 and 10 they then go to an intermediate college and finish their grades 11 and 12. After they have completed both in the 2 grades they have to pass examinations that are standardized to the subject area they're studying. These tests are conducted in schools of the provincial level at the provincial level and by the FBISE for federal schools. Once they pass the test, students are granted The Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC). This phase of schooling is also referred to as FSc/FA/ICS. There are a variety of streams for students to choose for their 11 or 12th grade , which includes medical engineering pre-medical as well as humanities (or social science) and commerce and computer science. Each stream offers three electives and three compulsory subjects , including English, Urdu, Islamiyat (grade 11 only) and Pakistan Studies (grade 12 only).

Nepal

National Examination Board (Nepal) is the organization responsible for the management of all examinations for senior schools, which includes eleventh, 12th Grade Higher Secondary examinations (10+2) 11th and 12th grades SEE Exam, as well as the 8th eighth grade District Level Exam. Once a student has passed the Higher Secondary Exams, a student will be capable of attending universities.
